At Lake Center Bible Church, we take the security of your children very seriously. Since January 2009, we have been using a new computerized check-in and check-out system. There are three check-in locations for you to choose from:


1. In front of the Babies Nursery on the upper level
2. Opposite the Strong walkers room / Toddlers room which is on the lower level
3. Around the corner from Strong Walkers / Toddlers

HOW DO I CHECK IN MY CHILD/CHILDREN?

Step 1: Find a Check-in Station.

Step 2: Give the volunteer the last 4 digits of your phone number. They will type that information into the computer and your family information will come up on the screen.
Step 3: Verify your information. We will then verify your children’s age (birth date) and classroom/grade they will be in that morning as well as what service your child will be attending.
Step 4: Stick the name tag on your child. After the information is verified, a name tag will print for each of your children as well as a pick-up receipt for you (see below). There will be a code on the name tag that is identical to the one on your parent receipt. This code is your ‘family number’ for the week. This security code is randomly assigned each week so it’s important you have your receipt with you when you pick up your child/children.

Stage 5: If we need to get in touch with you during service your security code will be on the main screen in the auditorium. If you will not be in the worship service please let the classroom teacher know so we know where to contact you.
Stage 6: Pick-up your child. When you reach your child’s classroom please have your parent receipt in hand, give it to the classroom teacher and the teacher will verify the code and allow your child to leave with you!
