Gordon coordinates the support for national pastors in all the countries of Africa where Final Frontiers is currently established. This collectively involves 200 pastors in eight different countries. In addition to the work that he does with Final Frontiers – he also works with Partners in Evangelism where he is actively involved in raising funds for the Bible School in Kenya, establishing micro-bank programs in six African countries, and is a consultant on a committee that serves national pastors in Guyana. In addition to Gordon's involvement with missions and national pastors, he currently is serving part-time as Pastor of Growth Groups at Lake Center Bible Church.
