Elementary ministries

Updated: July 1, 2008

Club 252 WELCOME TO CLUB 252! What is Club 252? It is our Sunday morning program for our K - 3rd graders!

A typical Sunday morning consists of a large group time of learning, a Bible story, and small group time where games, crafts and application are used to bring the story and theme to life.

Our Vision: Our vision for elementary ministries is to create a happy, safe, fun, exciting, and culturally relevant atmosphere.
Our Verse: "And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man." Luke 2:52
Our Mission: To lead children and their families to the realization of who Jesus Christ is and to walk the road to maturity with children and families who know Jesus Chirst as their savior.

CLUB 252 THIS WEEK:

Main Point: Joy: I will be joyful because God loves me.
Memory Verse: "Be joyful always." 1 Thessalonians 5:16
Bible Story: The ark of God is returned to Jerusalem & David celebrates. (2 Samuel 6)
Bottom Line: Joy is based on God's love for us, not our circumstances.

Also in Club 252 we are going to begin to learn the books of the bible in sequence. This can be an easy thing to do with your child. Simply start reciting the books of the Bible with your child starting with only a few at a time. Our Quarterly Goal through August 17th is to memorize the entire New Testament. Every day you should be doing the daily devotion, helping your child memorize the memory verse above, and helping your child memorize the books of the New Testament.

Dash
Dash is the name of our children's ministry program for 4th and 5th graders.
